DESCRIPTION:
Another great variety imported from Halls of Heddon. It's lavender with white base. This is a good strong growing variety with good stems. Shown at the National Dahlia Society show at Wisley in 2016 it was awarded both the Ernest Luckhurst Memorial Cup and the prestigious Jescot Perpetual Challenge Cup amongst stiff competition. The raiser is Gordon Hodgson, UK. I am so impressed with this beautiful flower. Loads of blooms that stood up to the early frost and rains better than most in the garden. (Photo is by Vicki Baulig).
